A balcony attached to the master suite overlooks a swimming pool and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom pool house complete with its own kitchen. Listing photos also show a 14-seat home theater, a home gym, and a library.
Tuesday was the first time the house has been listed since last year. Property records show that Apex Bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit last year against the LLC on the grounds of missed mortgage payments. The suit was thrown out by the court due to inaction by the bank according to, according to Bossip.com.
It has been reported that Ms. Blige, 48, was in contract to sell the French Country-style home last year, although property records show that she is still the listed owner. Taxes are $85,000 a year, notes the listing.
